By accessing or using the ALL IN Tools platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these terms. The Service is provided by ALL IN Strategies LLC.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for authorized internal business purposes only.
You may not: (a) sublicense or transfer access to unauthorized parties; (b) reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service; (c) use the Service for unlawful purposes.
The Service may connect to third-party services such as Intuit QuickBooks Online. Your use of those services is governed by their respective terms and privacy policies. We access your QuickBooks data solely to provide financial reporting and management functionality within the platform.
Financial data accessed through integrations is stored securely and used only for the purposes described in our Privacy Policy. We do not sell or share your data with third parties.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. ALL IN Strategies LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
We may suspend or terminate access at any time for violation of these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
