1. Who We Are

ALL IN Tools is a business operations platform operated by ALL IN Strategies LLC ("we," "us," "our"). ALL IN Tools is available as a web application and as a mobile app for iOS and Android. This policy explains what data the app and platform collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

ALL IN Tools is a workspace tool used by businesses and their teams. Accounts are provisioned for members of an organization to access that organization's data.

2. Data We Collect

We collect only what is needed to provide the service:

The app does not collect your location, photos, microphone audio, your device's address book, or your browsing or search history.

5. Device Features

If you enable Face ID / Touch ID, biometric authentication is handled entirely by your device's operating system. We never receive or store your biometric data. If you enable push notifications, delivery is handled through Apple Push Notification service (APNs) and Expo's push service using a device token; you can turn notifications off at any time in your device settings.

6. Third-Party Integrations

Your organization may choose to connect third-party services (such as Intuit QuickBooks Online, Google, or messaging providers) to its workspace. When connected, we access only the data needed to provide the requested functionality, and your use of those services is also governed by their own terms and privacy policies. These integrations are optional and controlled by your organization's administrators.

7. Data Sharing

We share data only with service providers that help us run the platform (such as cloud hosting and notification delivery), under agreements that limit them to that purpose. We may disclose data if required by law. We do not otherwise share your data with third parties.

8. Data Security

Data is encrypted in transit. Authentication credentials on your device are stored in the operating system's secure storage (Keychain on iOS). Access to workspace data is restricted to authorized members of your organization.

9. Data Retention & Account Deletion

We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service. You may request deletion of your account and associated personal data at any time by emailing sal@allintools.com, or by asking your workspace administrator to remove your account. We will process verified deletion requests within a reasonable period, subject to any legal retention obligations.

10. Children

ALL IN Tools is a business tool intended for use by adults and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above.
